Yes. The peach-toned pigments are designed to neutralise blue and purple undertones, making dark circles look significantly less noticeable. Instead of simply covering darkness with a thick layer of colour, CC Eye Corrector uses colour correction for a more natural-looking result.

Not necessarily. Many women use CC Eye Corrector on its own because it neutralises darkness while still looking natural. If you'd like more coverage, you can of course apply a thin layer of concealer on top.
